While I don't think they block it, Per the FAQ on the wifi site:

Why can't I use Netflix or other streaming video websites?

Live video and Internet streaming services are not permitted. Streaming video from a website requires extensive bandwidth and will not work as well on a plane as it does on the ground.
My guess is while radio is not a video service, it would probably be considered an 'Internet Streaming' service and when buying the wifi, you are essentially agreeing not to use it. Of course, in the question itself it refers to video, so who knows.

On the other hand, IME gogo is quite bad from a bandwidth perspective, so may not even work properly.
