The joy of the CCR bar in Singapore... I am all alone here. Nice. The cooling units could have been bought at a better supplier, as they make a retched noise but over all it is a nice place. I am a bit gutted that they do not remember I was their very first visitor once...

Flight to SIN was great. I have fallen in love with the CW seat again. Please don't change it*. The catering actually seems better on short haul than long haul. It felt like a tasty and only slightly more laboured economy meal. All served in one dish. That part of the service BA needs to work on. Crew was fantastic. Anticipated my every need, asked if I wanted seconds, kind and attentive. Had I not wasted my Golden Ticket on a non BA employee at OSL, the crew member looking after me certainly would have gotten it. A welldone will have to do.

Can I ask for a moment of silence for the demise of the CW kitchen, which is now basically a snack basket? I miss it dearly. The fridges are now full of the homemade meals of crew members who decided to eat healthy. I can't blame them, as there is nothing else to store in there. May it rest in peace.

One successful self upgrader on board. Flight was half empty, so I didn't say anything. Very cleverly done! Sneaked in just after the meal service and light's out, slept like a baby, woke up before the second service, packed the blanket back into the plastic, cleaned the entire seat so it looked fresh and moved back to WTP.

Curtain was also not heavily policed, so those big toilets (I am now 100% sure that BA wanted F on the upper deck at first) became quite an attraction. It got better halfway through when someone from the cc picked up on it.

Has the sun started shining in Sydney already? Normally I bring sunshine...**

See you tomorrow, CWS and NWIFlyer. I'll be the walking zombie.

* only applies to the 747 and A380 UD (both cases). That side bin makes all the difference. All other seats may be converted.

** I see (below) that the world still makes sense (to me)
