The only way to be sure is to take a flight with DirecTV, which will definitely have the game. In your case, the game is at 5:00pm PT/8:00pm ET, so you'd have to take a connecting flight, like UA 4948 at 4:16pm ET to ORD, then UA 644 at 7:49pm which is a 738 with DirecTV. Of course, keep in mind the possibility of delayed flights or an aircraft swap to a plane that doesn't have it.
