I also want power outlets on the nightstand so that I can plug in my phone(s), portable devices, etc. Again, without needing to unplug a lamp or alarm clock or moving furniture. I want a firm(ish) comfortable bed. The bedding doesn't need to be fancy. I don't need a useless strip of cloth in a contrasting color across the foot of the bed that just falls on the floor while I sleep, or a huge "pool noodle" pillow that also ends up on the floor.
I want some extra training for the housekeeping staff - they should check the time on the alarm clock at every service (or at least at checkout service) and adjust it to the correct time if necessary. They should NOT lower the desk chair and push it under the desk if I have raised it in order to work there. They should NOT rearrange the pillows so that there is a soft/firm on each side if I am using both firms on one side. And they should definitely not replace the towel that I have hung up for re-use or throw away the soap & shampoo that I have only used once.
In all seriousness, do people actually care about the crap quoted above? I don't, except for maybe the new mattresses and pillows. Just give me a clean, comfortable room and a place to get some work done...
