I'd add a new one - US bound departures at the new MUC satellite. It is a serious schlep, even with the train, from check-in or changing planes from Schengen non-satellite flights.

I struggle to identify a *A hub that doesn't have miserable international connection hikes, other than SFO (maybe CPH?).
