In my regular economy class flying with QR - on my DOH-DXB bi-weekly commute -I have occasionally needed to contact BAEC for the TPs and Avios that I was entitled to receive.

In addition, on some of those QR flights I have received less TPs than my usual 10 per segment. Unsure as to why. The actual price paid seemed to be irrelevant regarding TP and Avios being "earned".
