You will be fine. They will post as two separate flights. It is very common for AA to use the same flight numbers. The only requirement is that you can't have two flights from the same departing airport with the same flight numbers on the same day.

All AA flights at LAS use the D gates in T1. You will have time for a bit of gambling before your next flight boards. 45 minutes is bags of time!
