It's a "dry" country (since 1964). I think the complimentary cocktails part on the website was a mistake/cut & paste from normal lounge information.
Upthread this was posted, "This is a "dry" country, thus no alcohol even in hotels. Only alcohol free Budweiser's was available."
You're going to have to get used to 6 weeks without booze. My understanding is that they screen baggage at airport for folk potentially bringing it into the country and you definitely don't want to buy it off someone at the beach (where they'll sell stuff as booze that isn't).
