I'm not sure why all the hating on T2... I was just in S'pore at the beginning of this week (flew into T1 on TG, out of T2 on SQ) and I've always actually liked T2. The nifty little art gardens are fun to wander through, and I personally think the food in T2 (both inside security, as well as the good Japanese katsu-ya outside of security) is superior to T3. (Both T2 and T3 are superior to T1...)

For those who said the tram isn't still running, note that it's only the tram at the B-gate/E-gate end of the T2/T3 terminals that is not running. There is still a tram running directly between the two on the A-gate/F-gate end of the two terminals.

Honestly, it's not even that far of a walk to get to T2 using the moving walkways by way of cutting THROUGH T1...

The lounges in T2 are fine too - I've used both the SK lounge and the SATS lounge (actually slept in the latter once, when the transit hotel was fully booked during an unexpected layover...)

Don't think there's much to complain about here, other than people fearing change.
