It's platform that lets you do searches in messaging/natural language queries, such as "sfo to nyc tomorrow after 3pm nonstop only" or "london to nyc 6/23-6/29 only star alliance" ... think it's pretty cool and useful especially if your search has more than just the standard city/dates parameters (even for those I find more convenient). It seems weird at the beginning but once you use it a few times you can't go without it and any other interface seems odd... It's very straightforward and then directs you to Google Flights to show you results.
