That is what I thought. But she was supposedly looking at the fare basis of the entire itinerary and claims that is what this bonus is based upon and not the fare code of individual flight segments. I didn't want to argue with her over 500 bonus miles (difference between domestic A class vs I class for EXP)
She's completely wrong. I have regularly gotten different bonus amounts for domestic segments vs international segments (A vs I) all on the same PNR.
