I just called Amex regarding my Platinum Card.

For Priority Pass lounges, only the cardmember is free. Guests are 27 dollars. For Delta, it's 29 dollars. Additional cardholders must swipe in separately but are free.

For Global Entry/Precheck, each cardholder is allowed the benefit every five years.

The 200 dollar airline fee reimbursement is one per account and one airline only.
