It's got to be Business. For a Westbound TATL to the West Coast, the whole day is effectively wasted, so an extra stop won't affect anything much, and Business will be much more comfortable. However, westbound, it's not a deal breaker. The key advice I can give is take the Business alternative on the way home, otherwise you lose a night's sleep and it takes days to recover.
