Ah, the Ithaca HGI. Actually one of my favorite Hilton properties anywhere. However, being one of only a couple decent hotels on the Commons, and the only other "nice" option being the Statler, it's always in high demand. Even when school is out it often commands $250/night. Don't have any magical advice for you, but best of luck!
