Big difference between a "VOTE NO" scribble and the issue you're referring to. A "BYE BYE" message with some faces is definitely a bit more creepy, particularly in the context of the MH loss that happened around the same timeframe.
The fact that UA offered jobs back to the fired FA's indicates it wasn't as cut and dry as you seem to make it out to be.
