I've seen male SPs a couple times. In fact my best service experience on CX J was led by a male SP (he was really really amazing!!!). Never seen a male ISM however. Speaking about this I think CX is one of the less disproportionate airlines in terms of female:male crew ratio. I've even had an all-guys team in J once.
