If you like 'Camp' then that is Vegas overall, but in my opinion not really a big Gay destination. I have been twice and not gone out of my way or sought out specific Gay venues, as my TimeOut guide didnt really have a great deal to highlight anything special in the scene.. but as for Siegfried and Roy..they are a must.
