The place to be by day of the week:

Monday - Goodtimes $10 liquor bust 11p-3a. Crowded with 20 somethings.

Tuesday - SRO - only gay night and large crowd. opens at 11p

Wednesday - Eagle - Underwear night - not glamorous underwear - lots of leather

Thursday - Boys night at Freezone and lypsinc contest at Gipsy's at 200am

Friday/Saturday - Freezone (mostly lesbian on Saturday), Icon, and Sasha's (18 and over, drag show). after 100a head to Gipsy. All are located in the "Fruit Loop" on Paradise close to Tropicana.

Sunday - Cabaret show at 830p and 1130p at Gipsy. Those who like country... early night at Backstreet.

There are other places that are primarily neihborhood bars. There is a rare chance that a hotel is sponsoring a GLBT event.

There is Apollo, the bath house. There is a gay nude "beach" at Lake Mead. The movie theatre that shows gay flics and independant fims is the Regal Cinema on Ft Appache and Sahara (not close to the strip).

That sums up (from my experience) the gay stuff in Vegas.
