At the time, I didn't know better on what this YR fee was and I called Delta and was told YR surcharges count towards MQDs. Based on this, the Delta rep confirmed my MQD for this trip would be $815.

This morning, I saw my trip posted...but to my surprise, my MQD was only $696 for the whole trip. Due to this discrepancy, I am currently ~$100 shy of hitting PM. I already made sure every leg was posted, so I am unsure why I am short of the $815.

Called Delta and the rep was confused as well. She put in a note to the SkyMiles team, but no progress yet.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
YR definitely counts. Was any of your travel on another airline? Because depending on fare class and carrier, that part of the base fare could be excluded.
