what does "Complimentary Preferred Seats" mean for Gold member?
Sorry for this very basic question. I haven't had any status yet but close to the gold status. I'm reading the Gold benefits.
The 5th item says "Complementary Preferred Seats". Does that mean seats with more leg rooms in the main cabin? United seems to be more generous to the basic level (silver) members (complementary upgrade).
