I have exactly the same problem but with my seat assignment on Asiana. I have tried it on many different computers and browsers over the last two weeks. I can access the reservation/itinerary but not the seat selection. It really sucks! I will end up by lavatory on my ICN-MNL flight. Any ideas on this one? Thanks!
I had the same issue - can access the res on my computer but not seat selection. Worked for me when I tried it with another computer.
Keep trying with another computer, or better yet call your local Asiana office and ask for a seat change.
