I do not have a copy of the re-issued ticket but the original ticket number started with 724 so was a Swiss ticket. Swiss seems to be turning the compensation issue to LH and I have asked my TA to insist that this is Swiss issue and that they need to deal with it.
To be honest, I am extremely disappointed, not only the way this was handled at the Montreal airport, but also the way they my case is being handled by LX and LH.
You know LX is owned by LH? Maybe LH does all LX compensations.
