Just returned from Memorial Day trip and I have only one tip - you should get up early to hit Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds. Both of these were swarmed by about 11 AM. They were even closing Goat Island to vehicle traffic. We learned our lesson the first day and instead of a big sit-down breakfast, got something light to eat and were in line by 8:45 AM.
