Obviously, most properties try to accommodate guests as much as possible, but it is good to be aware that the hotel is within its rights to levy charges on early check-outs. If FT Hyatt Concierge cannot help, you could also try to email the hotel. As I said, they are usually very lenient toward foreign guests.
