Both processes were straightforward and satisfactorily resolved the problems in my mind. However, if I am reading what you are saying correctly, should a problem necessitate sending to a repair center rather than local, I would be responsible for the freight in B&R's case?
Yes, you are reading what I am saying correctly, and if you have a Torq..... the local centers aren't able or allowed to do almost all of the repairs. They have had many issues with that line, so I'd avoid the Torq line anyway (they are on the 3rd revision now).
