I have exactly the same problem but with my seat assignment on Asiana. I have tried it on many different computers and browsers over the last two weeks. I can access the reservation/itinerary but not the seat selection. It really sucks! I will end up by lavatory on my ICN-MNL flight. Any ideas on this one? Thanks!
I had my seats assigned by the computer and it was fine. I did call to confirm and to ask for on line check-in. Lady said all is fine and to use their web. Never was able to do it. All worked out fine had plenty of time and good breakfast to boot. I was J.
