The main problem here is landing at ORY and then departing from CDG. The flight from LCG should be on time, especially at that hour, but you basically have no contingency (since the option arriving in ORY at 13.55 does not leave you enough time to take the 16.25 from CDG).

Have you looked at options with Vueling? You can book LCG-BCN-CDG with them. Even better, I believe they fly direct SCQ-CDG.
