I have a flight arriving at Dulles at 4:30 PM on a Tuesday. I need some help deciding the best way to get to downtown DC (Dupont). I'm worried that with the SafeTrack plan, it will take a long time to get there by metro. But I also don't want to sit in a car for 2-3 hours. (And cost isn't an issue this time btw.) How bad will the rush hour traffic be? Thanks!
