Seat selection on MMB in First not working

Hi

I have an open-jaw 2-4-1 booking LHR-LAS in F and LAX-LHR in J.

When I go into MMB, our LHR-LAS leg (in F) shows that I already have 4E reserved and "null" for my wife but that I can reserve a seat for free for Mrs A406.

When I go to do that (select 4F) and confirm it comes up with an error message:

"Sorry
Unfortunately our systems are not responding, so we are unable to process your request at the moment.
We apologise for this inconvenience and suggest you try again later."

Any ideas why? Do I need to call to reserve this?
