don't work for an airline, but I can say no matter where you work things always look different on the outside--sometimes better and sometimes worse.

If you fly first/business using miles, don't expect to continue that if you worked for UA or LH because it may be frowned upon. You also may get to fly standby, etc but not earn miles on those flights.
