Flew JFK-AMM-JFK on RJ in biz. Put my AA # on the rez. Miles haven't posted. I called AA and they said always with RJ you need to email in receipt and boarding passes to AAdvantage in order to get the miles to post, and it takes up to 1-month. Is this standard or misinformed agent? I sent the required info along.
