As for window shopping...we have a new shopping mall the "Village of Merrick Park" which is rivaling the shops at Bal Harbour.

The place is anchored by a Neiman-Marcus and Nordstrom and has stores such as Ted Baker, Sisley, Carolina Herrera, Longchamp, etc. etc.

May be worthwhile to visit, I'm nearby and would welcome the oppty. to do some serious window shopping there!
