Maybe, but in my experience, AC15/16 has A LOT more paid-J demand + the competition along SE/SEMMs to upgrade is usually quite ferocious.

In about 12 return trips over the past few years as a SE I have had 0% upgrade success on 15/16 and 100% success on 7/8 (most of them with the 777HD, also with a smaller J cabin).
