If you fancy a longer trip, you might want to visit the Rayavadee, in Krabi, Thailand, which is now a Starwood Luxury Collection resort.

Alex and I stayed there before it became a Starwood resort, and it was utterly idyllic, fantastic service, and a surprising number of same-sex couples: I am aware of such places in Asia that are often 75% honeymooners, where we'd feel out-of-place, but Rayavadee for some reason had a nice mix of ages, genders and sexual orientations.
