Just confirming the PVG lounge came top 3 of the worst I have ever encountered poorly sign-posted, terrible food/drink options, crowded with minimal(if any) seating, unclean toilet, shouted aircraft boarding calls every few minutes and only Chinese TV options. Defeats the whole purpose of the lounge concept.
