We had a discussion over at hongkongcard.com over a similar case with Asia Miles. Provided it was genuine mistake and no advantage was taken of the splitting, Asia Miles (Krisflyer) should consent to a merge http://www.hongkongcard.com/forum/fo...p?id=18044&p=9 #88
