I just wanted to add a little bit about my hometown gay bar. If anyone happens to be in Bangor, Maine, be sure to visit "The Spectrum" which is really the only central maine gay bar that I can think of.

It is located literally right next to the Margaret Chase Federal Building.

Beers about $2, mixed drinks like $3 or even cheaper. Lots of flannel lesbians and sometimes some cute University of Maine College boys.

I thought i'd post, since I am going home to Maine for my sisters graduation and will probably go out there one night.
