I'm travelling on my own, so will only be looking for a single seat on the earlier (and I presume busier) service.

When I click on "Change date/time of my flight" is says "We are very sorry that we cannot process this request on ba.com because the journey includes a surface sector. Please call your local British Airways office to change this booking".

Have I paid for a "Plus" fare without the associated benefits? Or will a phone call on the day of departure get me moved for free? I made the booking just now, so I can call tomorrow and ask someone to check the T&C, and put in a note that it should be "Plus", ergo, flexible?
