For tickets, it's as easy as posting to FlyterTalk, as you can apply by email. See www.channel4.com/graham (better link than the one I gave earlier). From the website:

To apply for V Graham Norton audience tickets, please contact the show's ticket agent, Standing Room Only. You can do that in the following ways.

Firstly, as you're obviously connected to the 'Net, you might want to email: [email protected]. Send through your postal address, daytime telephone number and the number of tickets you'd like (up to a maximum of four).

As you probably know, enthusiastic and participating audience members are an integral part of the show. The Standing Room Only researchers will be looking for 'up for it' people willing to share unique personal comments and anecdotes on air. When requesting these tickets, please note that you should come to the recording with an open mind and a willingness to participate.
