Early arrival as in how early? . My DFW-SCL flight arrives at 5AM - too early? FYI: Spire AMB is that matters.

Cheers -

I used my free CC night here because of the price, and the location was perfect for my most recent trip. Although one might not have the same experience on another trip,

(1) Room was ready for an early arrival.
(2) Given lounge access as a Platinum.
(3) Staff was exceptionally nice.

The poor building, however - well, I suppose if you spent decades as a high floor having suffered 8 point earthquakes and many less severe ones, you too, would be very crooked. The hinge side of my door was flush with the floor. The handle side was about 2cm separated from the floor. In the room, there was probably a 4cm derivation from one side to the other.

Gym was closed for repair.

Hotel didn't have a floor 0, but did have a floor 13.

Lounge breakfast was simple but adequate. Hot items cooked to order on request. Evening had some light snacks and free flowing wine and other beverages.

There was no one that didn't have a good attitude, from the doorman to the front desk to the lounge staff.
