Has anyone else seen a delay in points posting in the last two weeks? Usually, my points appeared in my RR account a day or two after the statement closes for the Chase SW cards. My first statement on my new SW Premiere card closed on May 25th, but the points still haven't appeared in my SW account! Chase shows I earned the base points and 50,000 bonus points for the statement on May 25th. I called Chase and they said the points were sent to SW and confirmed that the RR number was correct. I called SW and they said "it can sometimes take a few days". I was told they can't track anything until the points actually appear... so, I'm still waiting.
Maybe it's just me. I'm also the one who had the 50K bonus NOT trigger on my first Plus statement, even though I hit the spend 11 days in advance. But, at least on that card, the points posted to my SW account the day after the Chase statement closed.
I don't think I've done anything to get flagged, but my accounts seem to be having extra issues. I don't regularly churn, apply for maybe 2 cards per year. I earned the SW Companion pass once before back in 2013, and my husband had it the last couple years. Anyway, just wanted to let others know about my experience with delays in the SW points. Has anyone else had points taking a while to transfer from Chase to SW?
I actually checked this thread to see if anyone else has seen the same delays that I am experiencing. My statement closed on the exact same day, May 25th and I am still waiting for the bonus points to hit. I hit the 2k threshold on the prior month's statement but the bonus didn't hit until this month's statement. Last statement's points were reflected within 2 day so I am not sure what's going on with this month's points. I am hoping we both see our points within the next day or two.
