It's amazing what a difference a great crew can make.

I flew two EK F flights...first one where crew was indifferent. It really put a damper on my first ever EK flight... to the point where I really actually didn't like EK that much. My memory is of the FA welcoming us. She was from Mauritius so I made a comment about how my husband's family is originally from Mauritius... faint smile and no response... that was only the beginning and set the tone for a subpar flight experience - even in F !

Second flight - good crew and it really changed the outlook.
