The question of whether they can be booked online was answered years ago and is clearly irrelevant. The question I was answering was "So what booking engine are people using to find SQ".
I agree that SQ availability can be seen on UA.com but to limited flights and I tend not to entirely trust *A availability on UA's website as it has proven to show inaccurate results pretty often (LH, LX,...).
It depends on what you mean by "limited flights". It seems to be limited to the flights you can book through UA, which is exactly what you'd want/expect. We have had some phantom problems at times, but when AC and NH are showing exactly the same results, it seems likely to be accurate.
