- Which route/airline did you book and which class?

MUC-ZRH-MIA in LX I
IAD-MUC in LH I

- How many pax and how many award miles?

4 PAX, 315k miles (me+ 50% companion + 2x child)
2444$ taxes.

- How many days/weeks/months did you book in advance?

74/88d

- Have you been able to book your preferred dates of travel?

yes

- Were you happy with the award booking procedure (e.g. online/by phone)?

Online showed LX availability outbound, return only LH via FRA. Had to call in anyway because of child awards. Agent offered to request outbound and inbound direct using the SEN waitlist by herself. The inbound cleared immediately. Happy to have found my favorite flights.
