I have the United Presidential Plus card.

Renting a luxury vehicle from Enterprise.

Taking it from the United States into Canada.

Will the included car rental insurance cover all necessary extras that the car rental companies usually ask you to pay extra for? If not, what insurance should I pay for when I rent the vehicle?

Also, will the insurance be covered in a vehicle being taken out of the United States into Canada?

I am talking "primary" insurance whereas if anything happens to the vehicle, I don't have to go through my insurance company and I don't have to pay anything extra to the rental car company.

I need to know what might not be covered with the card insurance so I can purchase that extra, if needed.
