KL is a great city. I don't know any specific bar to recommend as I stayed there only 1 night (for any connecting flight to VN the next day). However, I strongly recommend the Ritz-Carlton KL where you can have a club floor room for less than $100, plus you will get an hour full-body massage and a butler-drawn gentleman bath. It is great especially after a long flight.
