Stobart Air enforcement

I have a flight scheduled DUB-EDI operated by Stobart Air I presume on an ATR72. My understanding is that the cabin allowance is a single bag, smaller than that on a conventional EI flight, and no additional personal item, is that correct? In which case I need to prepay baggage - maybe should have bought the next level up ticket in the first place. Is there a ticket upsell option after purchase, or just baggage add-on at this point?
