Are you equating TATL rouge to N.A. rouge ? I think there is a world of difference - certainly from my observation on my YYZ-DUB flight as compared to the time I had to fly YYZ-MCO on rouge . The one time I flew 777HD (I was in the front then) I peeked through the curtain into the back and almost barfed. Slave ship seemed a very apropos word for it.
