I have not been able to access any ba site from my home PC via Windows 10 nor my iPad, my iPhone nor my husband's iPhone. When it first happened ( nearly 2 weeks ago ) I telephoned the number on the message, the person who answered was no help. BA Twitter was sympathetic, told me it was an intermittent fault and couldn't say when it would be fixed. Having waited a couple of weeks I have tried Twitter again and this time am hopeful. They asked this morning for my IP addresses and telephone number. Have promised a fix in 2 working days.
