There's fast track for both Immigration and Emmigration passport control, but BA do not offer it. You just stand there and watch others wizz through. The lounge invite is from the BA check in desk, which if HBO you can't easily avoid since the App doesn't work there (and I think BA.com OLCI as well), unless it has changed very recently.
